Sad to see the demise of the BulletinBoard, may it Rest in Peace. I was a frequent contributor and enjoyed the discussions following several contentious blogs - the most important in my view was the question "Is Omanu Dying?", the answer to which is pretty obvious. It might prove to be a long a tortuous death though! I shall now join the ranks of apathy!

Thank you Ken for your efforts.

I know that members would want me to keep them in the picture about the sad straits that have befallen my good friend Bulletin 'Bull' Board. His health has been in decline since last April, the last occasion on which anyone, apart from me, spoke to him. He isn't everyone's favourite, a bit too outspoken for some, but Bull's heart is with the the Club. I think that it is the lonliness that got to him in the end.

It seems that his eventual demise became inevitable when he lost his brother, Notice, who passed on recently. Notice was a victim of neglect, in his short life he was only addressed once!. Bull told me he is 'ready to go'. He doesn't want flowers, but any messages of sympathy will still reach him at his present home on Page One before he passes to that great 'Archive' in the sky.

The web site will still find room to accomodate worthwhile comments from members and visitors on the 'What's New' page.
